Hi there,
as many of you already complained about (and rightly so) – the current bug tracker / ticket system did not allow public tracking of submitted tickets.
As of today, however, this has been remedied. Every time you submit a ticket now, you will be forwarded to the tracking page for that report. This page contains the full ticket and a tracking link you can bookmark and visit at your leisure.
For those of you who submitted tickets before this point wanting to track their tickets as well: Just join us in #linkinus on irc.conceited.net and one of the channel ops will give you a link for your ticket(s).

New and Improved Forums! December 15th, 2008

Since the redesign of the site we’ve been working with new forums. These new forums have been clunky and not very user friendly. As a result, we’ve switched yet again. This time though, we think we’ve made the right move and you guys will definitely enjoy the new look and feel.
We will slowly be rolling out new features to the forums, and we are also looking for a few members who would be willing to moderate as well. If you’re interested, drop us a note using the contact form.
Important Note
In order to switch forums, small adjustments had to be made to the logins. You will no longer login with your email address, you will login with your old display name. If you are having trouble logging in, please let us know immediately and we will help you out.
