I'll start:
- Selective sharing
It would be nice if you could choose to only share clips from some clipboards/applications/screens.
Ex. I'd really like to share this code snippet from textmate with my colleagues, but not that picture of the cute kitten with big lettered text, that i was IM'ing to a friend.

sync clips between multiple computers using .mac or something like dropbox
